Our story began in 1980, when Frank Ghaeni and two other great entrepreneurs, his brother-in-law and long life old friend founded the company in Toronto, Canada, naming it Three Star Fabrics after the three partners.
Through the years, we pioneered the broad distribution of fabric and trim, offering unique designer fabrics from Italy, France, Spain, USA, and India, adding recently Turkey, and China.

Our obsession with textile can only be rivaled by our dedication to delivering quality fabrics with relevant, yet timeless appeal and look. Our selections are influenced by the worlds of fashion, design, architecture and color trends. The breadth of our offering is boundless in both pattern and innovative fabric construction.
